The "CORRADO E BRUNO MARIA ZAINI" FOUNDATION has, for many years, supported and promoted numerous concrete initiatives in various fields and sectors:

MEDICAL SCIENTIFIC SECTOR
For many years it has worked with public and private bodies operating in the field of medical care and research, supporting projects which have the ambitious objective of making medium-long-term contributions to help people with diseases, to give hope to these patients and their families, offering care and immediate support for their well-being and peace of mind.

SOCIAL SECTOR
Giving support to various initiatives in Italy and in developing countries.
One of the projects of which the Foundation is particularly proud, also because of the special value it has for the social fabric in which it was launched, is "A glass of milk for the children of Hanga" in Tanzania, which is supported together with the Department of Veterinary Medical Science at the University of Bologna.

CULTURAL AND SPORTS SECTOR
With a preference towards the young, the Foundation supports events and associations that operate in the fields of art, music and spectacle. It also sponsors sporting associations, particularly the women's volleyball team in Ozzano dell'Emilia, which has achieved significant successes over the years, and wheelchair basketball, a project for handicapped children.

Recently, it has promoted initiatives for employees and families of the FATRO Group, through health organisations aimed at preventing certain tumours.

The intention of the "CORRADO E BRUNO MARIA ZAINI" FOUNDATION is to give a contribution to various initiatives, provided that they are motivated by the same guiding spirit as the Foundation, aware that - especially in these times - the solidarity and commitment of everybody are indispensable for our common well-being.
